Just testing out an idea. Reply with your vote and your handedness, too.

I always pull left under, right over.

It's not like I've spent a lot of time deadlifting in my life (only maybe a dozen times in my life, but I'm going to change that) though when I do, I use Left hand over, right hand under. I have always used the mixed grip, never really tried anything else.

When I use mixed grip, I pull with left under, right over, and I'm right-handed.

I only really deadlift double over, but if I'm using reverse grip, left over and right under. I'm right handed.

Left over right under, left handed. When doing rack pulls I try to alternate the two, always feels weird the other way though.

Left hand under, right hand over. I'm also right handed but the other way around feels strange to me, i can do both but when i go to lift this is the grip that i always end up using.

Never even tried switching grip from double overhand. Can't imagine I'd need to until I reach insane poundages.

I only pull DO now but back in the day it was Left over, Right under and I'm mostly right handed.

If I use a reverse grip my left hand is typically under. I usually just use straps though.

I never liked reverse - either way I turned it felt wrong. I use a hook grip now (have for a very long time) - when it gets too much to just DO - straps on occasion.

Dominant hand usually goes overhand when using mixed grip.

I'm right handed so my right hand is over and left is under.

Mostly right handed and swap between both on each set...but if I had to just go and lift, my natural reaction would be left over/right under. :)

Left under, right over. I'm very right handed.

I pull maxes with right under, but I alternate each set up to that.

Don't want to get out of balance

I do right over, mixed grip, I am right handed, but I may do some DO with my thick bar on my way to 550 chalenge to change up the pace.

Yeah I forgot to add I alternate on my sets and go double overhand up to the work sets.

That sounds like something I may try

i always wondered that.

how do you get out of balance? like does your under hand's bicep get bigger or something?

I always switch each set; at this point I do not find a preference for one or the other.

I'm left handed and I've always pulled left over and right under. But now my left shoulder is more internally rotated than the the right one. :D
