Strong press man! My best was 32 reps in college at 258 lbs.... Last time I did this was October of 09 and got 23 at 263 lbs, but I train for max now and my cardio stinks! My heart rate was around 159 after....

258 lbs x 32 reps, this is fantastic master class bench press :bow . After 9 years training my bench press only 265 lbs x 15 reps

My wording probably wasn't the best on this one man... 225 lbs for 32 reps at 258bwt. October I did 23 reps of 225 lbs @ 263bwt. 265 for 15 is very good!!

My best 225 rep out was 225x24 @ 215lbs BW in August 09' Although when I was 18 I did 225x18 at 165lbs BW which was more impressive!

I did 225x27 and 275x14 when I was a Junior in HS nearly 20 yrs ago @ about 220# BW. Last time I tried it I got 225x19 after a couple workouts.

My PR is 22. In a few more days, once I recover from my meet, I'll give it another shot. 30 is a good goal for a heavyweight.

30 is real solid. I'm shooting to get to 30 by years end. Got a long way to go but hopefully muscle memory will kick in for me since I was off the lifting wagon for the later part of 2009.
