The Natural Posted May 15, 2009 Author Share Posted May 15, 2009 hey Rex, little off topic but what do you eat post workout Within 30 minutes of my workout, I drink some dextrose, creatine, and protein mixed with water. I let that absorb for about another hour, and then I usually eat some scrambled eggs mixed with spinach and cheese.
