Decided to just do a quick max out tonight to see where I'm at in my climb back to the 400 lb max on bench

Bench

I really wish i had a spotter sometimes. When i get up around 400lbs i have to get out of optimal position just to unrack the weight then it's basically impossible to get correct foot position and Arch once I have weight unracked. However, still happy with the 375. Making good run back to 400.

I will be getting back to some squat/dead work next week. Had an incident during basketball last week and messed my toe up but its feeling better.

Thanks Todd. I'd say 5 more lbs with no spotter maybe 10 or 15 w a spotter so I can keep in position while unracking.

Did some Band Benching with 1.5" bands on Tuesday . Worked up to 275x3 + Bands

65lbs for curls bw+45lbs on dips.

35lb plate in each hand for curls

Gonna go run 2 or 3 miles now.

Current bw is 225ish. Gonna cut down to 200 in next couple months just to prove a point to some people and show that I can get stronger while losing weight. Just something to do I suppose.
