Could you do one arm chins at this time? Yeah, for about 2 - 3 reps, but i dont really like to tax my elbows that much because of an old baseball injury. timiacobucci Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 I bent some out of 1/2" hot rolled steel and wrapped grip tape around them and tied them to a tree limb in my back yard with rope.
