John Beatty Posted October 17, 2008 Share Posted October 17, 2008 WAAAAY back in hs, we used to do that with 2 2" ropes that went all the way to the gym ceiling I could go up & down twice, with 10 chins at the top (at 187), one guy coulddo it 4 times. Pancake Sprawl Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 (edited) i think with some training i could do this, maybe not do a pull up at the top, but i don't think it's unreasonable to be able to at least make it to the top of the apparatus weighing as much as i do. going back down might be more tough. i want to try this.
