Squat 5-5-5-5-3 :( 120kg

Bench 2x5 79kg

Press 3RM 72.5kg

Rows 1RM machine 95kg

pullups 2x10 bw

todays workout

Day 1

skipped squat. stretched my legs instead

Press 5x5 67.5kg

Bench 1RM 110kg fail..

Pullups 1 RM aw grip 43.75kg

Rows standing 5x5 80kg

yesterdays workout

Day 2

Squat 1RM 142.5kg pretty easy

Bench 100kg 3-3-3-3-3 102.5kg -3 needed help on the last rep tho but still pretty good.

Pullups 5x5 + 25kg failed on last rep

press 2x10 50kg

creatine start! Tricreatin this time.. didnt know it tasted like lemons .. put a spoonfull in my mouth like i do with monohydratecreatin.... mistake :D

Skipped squat. legs where dying after the running. stretched my legs instead to fix my knee

Press 3RM 75kg 1RM80kg . almost got 2 reps on 80kg.. pr! wO

last nights workout.. crappy stuff. no sleep and no food all day

Squat 1RM 145kg thats good tho

Bench 102.5kg 3-3-2 100kg 1x3 90kg 2x3 ............ !

Pullups 3x10 BW supposed to be 5x5 + 25kg but i was insanely hungry....

today it was bjj and that went extremely well. so i am happy anyways

Squat . 120kg 1x1 my knee didnt feel good. gonna take a break untill its fixed. need to stretch it and fix some triggerpoints....

Press 2RM 75kg. should have gotten 3reps pretty easy . but i was at a friends house doing lots of overhead work and stuff so im happy anyways...

Rows 1RM machine 100kg

Pullups 2x5 BW . thinking about cutting down on my strength program and focus more on bjj .:E

Pullups 5-5-5-4-4 + 25kg. lost all my energy after 3 sets. just looked dead.. yeye

Bench 6x3 90kg explosive 5reps last set

Pullups 5x5 +25kg pr i think

press 2x10 50kg

today

day 3

Skipped squat. knee still funky

Press 2RM 75kg.. still want 3 reps!

Rows 2RM 95kg machine

Pullups 1x10 bw

Pullups 5x5 +25kg easy. felt the creatine doing its job. last 2 set was easier and faster than the previous ones. gotta like that

Bench 4x5 92.5kg. realized it was press i should be doing

Press 6x3 72.5kg

Rows 5x5 80kg

Friday . Day 2

Frontsquat 1RM 110kg . played it kool. dont feel pains in my knee with frontsquat

Bench 5x5 92.5kg

Pullups AW grip +25kg 5-4 dropped to 20kg 5-5-5. no more gas

We have a contest in the south of Norway this saturday, and it would be cool if you joined.

hey, yeah there arent too many of us. 5-6 as i know. i havent done anything griprelated lately so i dont think i will be joining any competitions soon :p

my grip isnt any good anymore. 2-3 reps on the #2 if im lucky. heh
