smp76
Keep the log updated Sean.Hows your back lately? Can you bench? I will try to do better Frank. My back is getting better. I have been riding an eliptical trainer and lifting real light weights. I can do push ups but have yet to undertake any heavy bench. Perhaps I will try a little today. I have also been able to manage some skate skiing which seems to help a ton because of the stabilization I have to do while skiing. As for yesterday's workout it was great! #1X8 (br) #2X5 (br) #2.5X1 OC quick and solid Old 04' 3" #3 Shut and held for 7-9 seconds!!! Frank, I do not know if I would call it a dud, it is tough. Magnificent workouts! Glad to hear the back is doing better. Josh, Back is doing better, I have not lifted in four months because of the herniated disc and I was able to knock out 205lbsX6 on bench yesterday. Not too bad for not touching a weight for four months. Grippers have been on lately. Feeling real good. I need to order a MM3 replica to train with. You have one you want to lend me oh Magnificent one? -Sean

John Eaton
Looking strong Sean! You are definately on an upswing in gripper strength. I am much weaker on grippers than I was 2 months ago and I still closed the MMG1 on the first attempt. Unfortunately I couldn't close it on the second and third attempt. I think your timing is perfect for this cert. I will get back after the MMG1 after you guys get done with it.
smp76
John, You will get it again I am sure. I have not posted in a while, but I have been hitting negatives on my MM2 Replica every few days in prep for the MMG1 cert. I am feeling good and look forward to seeing the difference between this time and last time. -Sean
