Damn Sean, that's some crush strength you got there. I had know idea. Now I'm a little concerned about missing the MMG1 and you closing it and having to endure the relentless onslaught that would be heaped on me. Guess I'll have to get serious about the MMG1.

If you are having a hard time reading it maybe Eli can read it to you between sets :tongue But seriously Jedd, I just read up on another hero you may enjoy, Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, Union officer at Gettysburg, spoke nine languages, professor, wounded six times during the Civil War and wrote a account of his epic battles called Bayonet Forward. He was a professor of retoric so he is a bit long winded but I think you would appreciate his courage. Take care,

*Baby Reps = Consecutive reps where the handles open less than 1/4" before the next rep is performed.

Workout:

Tried Sundown's IM 2.5 shut and held and compared it to my HG300 which is slightly harder than the 2.5

Then I tried his new #3 with 3" spread and it is as hard as my 04' #3 with 3" spread, just shiny and new

I just bent a New Red today just to see how my back felt and it went down easy. Remember I am still recovering from a herniated disc in my low back so I am doing my best to train smarter and not reinjur myself again.

Nice work on them grippers Sean, is that all your training now?? I'd hate to see you get soft on everything else. SoftER anyway.

Grippers are all I can really do because as I said above my weak as L5S1 disc. But hopefully this summer I will be full speed ahead and get after the training I love to do so much.

Heal up bro and keep crushin those grippers cause every little helps and i look forward to your full recovery mate and you joining the bending brigade again :D
