Hey Smitty, thanks for starting the log. I'm thinking of trying this in my attempt to get the #2 and I have a question- are you doing your gripwork after regular lifting or on seperate days? I'm starting the "Westside For Skinny Bastards" routine next week so I have 4 non-lifting days during the week.

I've actually been hitting my isolated grip work:

1. During the workout, or

2. After the workout

Get it in where you can fit it in.... let me know how your progress is going...

Just as point of clarification, the ME attempts are setting the heavier than goal gripper (IMCoC#3) and holding for severe negatives as long as I can stand.
