Muscle Turtle
Get that squat rep up higher, so you can eat a solid single at the end. Strong arch sitting in the hole, power! Good abs lower back work, you wont loose anything, your gaining like mad. Good log start.

Left Side
Those are clean pulls with a snatch grip, I realized after that "snatch cleans" was misleading. My bad.

I was good for more, but when I start to get tired that sharp pain in my side comes back and I'm forced to start. Also, these squat ups are done from paralell, do you want me to go below paralell? Muscle Turtle
I wish my pull down machine was as easy as yours, make my ego go up! haha
Left Side
These pull downs are a really small movement, I don't really bend at the waist at all, just "hunch over" into an ab contraction, without using hip flexors. Is this wrong?
Muscle Turtle
No, thats perfectly fine. Thats how I do them most of the time, unless Im trying to hit my hips.
