Monday:

1. Straight Bar Reverse Curls: 75 x 8, 75 x 3, 75 x 2

2. One Legged Deep Calves: 65 x 12, 65 x 9, 65 x 7

3. Back Raises: 45 x 12, 45 x 7, 45 x 5

4. Squat Ups (slightly below par): 185 x 5, 185 x 3, 185 x 1

Get that squat rep up higher, so you can eat a solid single at the end. Strong arch sitting in the hole, power!

Good abs lower back work, you wont loose anything, your gaining like mad.

Good log start.

3. Calf Machine - 160 x 17, 160 x 9, 160 x 8

4. Half Squat - 245 x 5, 245 x 3, 245 x 2

That is a HUGE pr.

Good job, keep it up!

I was good for more, but when I start to get tired that sharp pain in my side comes back and I'm forced to start.

Also, these squat ups are done from paralell, do you want me to go below paralell?

Whoops, read that one wrong, I thought you said, "how much do you pull".

I pull conventional. No belt, no gear of any kind.

These pull downs are a really small movement, I don't really bend at the waist at all, just "hunch over" into an ab contraction, without using hip flexors.

Is this wrong?
