Double Overhand Lockouts:

- 185 x 1

- 255 x 2

- 305 x 2

Lever: yeah for lever!

(Holy smokes the plates here are way tougher to pinch than back home, back to the small numbers for this guy)

(And the lockouts were a mighty sad sight, new training priority...)

Nice session man. Lockouts are hard when you frist do them but gains come really quick here!!!

I notice you are certfied on the FBBC bar, this is very impressive. How do you go about getting certed on this steel?

Get a good video of a FBBC bend, showing the bar measured before and after. Post it and notify John Beaty (he's on here, great guy), he'll watch it and give you the cert if it's legit. Helps to have a well known witness from the board.
