Alexander Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 First of all a few infos about me:I am Alexander Geitner and i live in Germany;i am very interested in Grip-strength for 2 years and i was a competitor in the Germans Grip Championships 2004(3.place).For quite a long time i was not able to train for gripping but since this week i have been training again for gripping.The next training days are just about the grip training not about deadlifting or other stuff. 10/12/05 set reps gripper comments 1. 10 #1coc - 2. 5 #2coc - 3. 2 serious tries #240Ibs coc i closed it half 4. 5 #2coc - 5. 5 #2coc - 6. the same like the third set 7. 10 #1coc - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Will you visit them? ← I am sorry but i was sick for a long time and therefore not able to train. I would like to visit the Germans but on Sunday we have a big family fiesta.
