First of all a few infos about me:I am Alexander Geitner and i live in Germany;i am very interested in Grip-strength for 2 years and i was a competitor in the Germans Grip Championships 2004(3.place).For quite a long time i was not able to train for gripping but since this week i have been training again for gripping.The next training days are just about the grip training not about deadlifting or other stuff.

why weren't you able to do gripping any longer?

I am sorry but i was sick for a long time and therefore not able to train.

I would like to visit the Germans but on Sunday we have a big family fiesta.

But i am waiting for some fantastic results and wish everyone good luck. :D

I have been at the Germans but i was not really satisfied with the results but it was a lot of fun.

Thanks;but at the germans i was not able to close the #2 :(

Don't worry about THAT #2 used at the germans.

Its for sure harder than most RB210s I tried so far.

Thanks;i made a 275 deadlift in summer this year and i hope to lift one day(2007)300kg in the 100kg class,but it is a long way!

Lat-pulldowns with a different grip:3*5*80

i train according the russian extended peaking cycle and hope to reach my goals at the end of the year :happy
