David Horne
Theo, Similar, but heaviest hammer for a single. Still sorting the rules out. These will be posted as soon as we have them sorted. David

smitty
I've just looked at the rules for the v bar on the GGC rules and it states 2" to the highest part of the palm! ← Is this correct? Mikael - also said this initially, and then changed to the pinky??? Which is correct? Or are you saying the GGC rules are correct?
Mikael Siversson
My personal preference would be to measure it from the pinky. People are grabbing the bar too far down IMO. This is not terribly important to me though. The pinky rule was in place at the 2005 Europeans but Arne did not enforce it so there you go. FrankyBoy
Arne explained that rule on several occasions to the competitors.
Mikael Siversson
That may be true but several grabbed the bar way below 5cm measured from the top of the pinky. I have given it some thought and come to the conclusion that it is best to keep the old rule. The difference in poundages would be very small for most and it is simply not worth the trouble changing the rule. Bad idea of mine, let's keep the top of the palm rule. David Horne
Todays training was a mixed bag, but for pinch I did. Two Hands Pinch Lift and walk with Euro set-up. 90.1k lifted and walked 6 feet, then lifted and turned around, then a 3rd lift and walked back. Lost a little skin having fun here! Finished off with some hi-pulls with 3 x 10k discs. David
