Matt Van Weele Posted May 14, 2005 Share Posted May 14, 2005 Well handling aluminum wall forms in sub zero temperatures without gloves or digging out cave ins during the hottest days of summer gives you a certain mind set when it comes time to train. But your hands will not be as fresh of course as if you worked at the gas station. A little more advice. Don't let your job situation revolve around grip training. Just get a damn job.
