Holes Posted May 31, 2005 Author Share Posted May 31, 2005 started greg's(gamidon) heavy volume workout last night, managed to squeez off 500 reps on the trainers in about 40 mins. unfortunately i ran out of time but i'm going to go for 600 tonight. Boy were my arms ever hurting tho. couldn't touch my shoulder, forearm was solid as a rock. I see now what all greg's hype was about! awesome workout!
