burkhardmacht
crush: righthanded RB260 (paralell set) RB240n (noset) lefthanded RB240n (parallel set) RB210 (noset) pinch: Blob50 (left-/ righthanded - full deadlift) fatbar: stuff.... other goals: - avoid injuries - have fun while gripping - don't take part in the next German Grip Championships Some of the goals will be more difficult to reach, some less.... Main goal is to improve my overall grip by concentrating on one training area - for example: pinch. After several month I'll change the area: grippers or fatbar..... That works better for me than trying to make progress in several exercises at the same time!

Jonathan McMillan
No new goals for me: Get rid of the tendonitis in my left elbow!! Get my #3 shut, kindof backed off a bit on the training but would still like to get it done by March. pinch a pair of 45's -I don't know what happened with this lift, I had been closing in on it, now I'm back to square one. Wrist plate curl a 35lb plate, I've recently reintroduced wrist plate curls into my training and hope to build up to the next plate size. Those are the main ones some other stuff: Get my thickbar poundages up, keep plugging away at the bending, master my 8lb hammer in all the exercises I can think of. In 2005: Make good progress with the #2. Easily lift 2 25s. Bend the square thing I've been carrying around for 6 months. 100lbs on the RT Stay healthy and be kind. Darco
No Set my HG300 (Defectively hard bastard with crooked handles) Flog My #2: THe ultimate sign of total gripper domination selon moi. Avoid Tendonitous, keep Arthritis under control Wrist Curl 225 behind the back for a set of 10. Strength: DL triple BW. Bench BW for 30 reps. Win my too challenge logs, how ever I would rather gain 20 % more strength and lose, than to gain 10 % and win. raziel
#3 close pinch 2 45's (the only pinchable plates at my gym!) increase block weight ability tear a hard deck of cards one arm chins (so close...)
bencrush
All right hand: TNS-HG300-narrow TNS-#3 TNS-Cert GM I've actually closed a narrow HG300 with both right and left hands on video at Tmmicklabs house in April. I don't remember if it was a set or no set though. That's why I decided to specify here.

Clay Edgin
I'd like to: Certify on the #4 Pinch 2-45s each hand 210lb 2 hand pinch Inch lift right and left Plate curl a 45 Get consistent with the blob in either hand 225 on a new RT handle Some of these things are within grasp within the next 6 months, but the rest I will have to work harder to get. I don't have any bending goals for next year. I think I will have to wait until I start hearing about people bending some crazy stuff before I jump back into it. DrPepper
Goals: 1) CoC #3 2) Red Nail 3) Levering with 10lb sledge at end of handle Current stats after a month of training 1) CoC #2, hard HG 250 2) 1/4" 4.5" CRS (2nd day of bending) 3) Levering with 10lb sledge no where near the end of the handle

rbrown
no set the #3 consistently (have not trained grippers consistently in some time; was within a paper's width of doing this before on my moderate #3) dead and hold the Inch in each hand for 20 seconds plus; currently around 10 secs if I know where there will be another Inch at a contest that I am driving to, bring my Inch and double inch farmers walk for as far as I can double overhand deadlift 475 or better on the 2" bar - current best is 400, but I've only tried it once so hopefully with training it will come up some 300 on my old rolling thunder handle - 279 is current best pinch my hex block weight (1/2 of a 95 lb hex db) with 2 ten lb plates taped to the bottom of it. (currently using 1 ten lb plate taped to it) although not grip related - one of my main goals is an 800 deadlift next year (even if I have to use straps to get it; for some reason I pull better with straps) and a 1000 lb squat with my poly suit. Current bests are 768 deadlift and 905 squat. Edited December 2, 2004 by rbrown
GarytheDino
The only goals I have is to stay healthy and be patient. Strength will happen. I'll be leaning toward block weights for a while, I'm fairly weak there.
