R. EZ-curls: 50x 15, 15, 15.

BB-curls: 50x 15, 15, 15.

T-curls: 40x 3-3, 3-3. 60x 3-3, 3-3. 80x 3-3, 3-3. 120x 2-2, 2-2, 1-1,

1-1, 1-1, 2-2.

W-roller: 50x many sets and reps.

Leverage work: many sets and reps.

Everything was light except the T-curls. I am trying to push them up. I would like to hit 150 pounds with both right and left hand by summer. I am hitting Side-pressure right now as well, but I will not log this. Number one, because of time constrants and number two, I'm not for sure I want to share my concepts on Side-pressure right now.

If I get PM's on the issue, I'll respond. But otherwise, I'll just leave it as it is.

I went back to the cards tonight and it felt great. I think I'll get back to the old stuff I used to do and everything will come back together.

Rev. EZ-curls: 50x 15,15,15.

BB-curls: 55x 15,15,15.

BB. W-curls: 105x 10,10,10,10,10.

Table-curls: 80'sx 3-3, 3-3, 3-3, 3-3, 3-3, 3-3, 3-3.

Hammer-curls on Preacher-Bench: 80'sx 3-3, 3-3, 3-3.

Leverage work: 8.5 pound sledge hammer. Just enough to keep

the wrists strong.

I just wanted to see where I was with the Hammer-curls. I have not done much of them lately. The 80's felt great and I think I could have ripped off about 15 reps with each arm pretty easy (same with the T-curls with the 80's). I would like to hit 110 or 120 in the Hammer-curls with both arms sometime this winter. But anyway, I kept it easy because tonight I just wanted to do some technical work with the T-curls. I was doing the T-curls slowly, just acting like I was coming out of the hole while armwrestling. All was good.

H-curls: 40'sx 5-5, 5-5. 60'sx 5-5, 5-5. 85'sx 3-3, 6-6, 3-3, 3-3.

BB. W-curls: 105x 5,5. 155x 5,5. 205x 5,5. 235x 3,6,8,10,6.

Leverage work: 805 pound sledge hammer.

I raised the weight on both the hammer-curls and the W-curls tonight. Hammers went from 80 - 85 pounds. They felt fine. W-curls went from 225 - 235. They felt ok as well, but I ws tired again from work.

Sorry for any mis-spelled words. I am typing fast as to not run out of time and I am not proof-reading anything..

"...That's a big sledge..."

Yea, that woulkd be a BIG sledge. I guess that's what I get for not checking anything. But I don't have time.

I made my total workout post for Saturday in the "Wrist Curl Challenege" thread today. I also gave an outline for the 8 hour sledge workout I have planned for Saturday. I just don't have time to post it twice.

Merry Christmas, Guys.

EZ-curls: 60x 5-5, 5-5. 80x 5-5, 5-5. 100x 3. 120x 1. 140x 1.

170x 1* 100x (cards) 11,14,11,13,7 = 56 reps**

BB. W-curls: 105x 25,25,25,25,10 = 110 reps.

Leverage work: Did not do any. My hands were too sore.

*I felt good and was thinking that I hadn't tried a max in the EZ-curl in a long, long time, so I went for it. The 170 went easy, too tell you the truth. I got my grip, lifted the bar to my thighs and bent just a little bit forward, but not bending my knees. Then I cranked it up and bent just a little backward. The bar shot up and landed right at my shoulders pretty easy. I don't think I had to bent forward or backward, really. Oh well.

** I still was not near stressed. Heavy singles have just never stressed me. I can have a workout with heavy singles and walk away feeling like I did nothing. So I dropped the weight back down to 100 and shuffled the cards. My first card was a Jack (11), the second was an Ace (14), the very next card was another Jack! And then after that i drew a King (13). At that point I'm thinking, "Where the heck are the duces and tray's?" Anyway, my next - and last card was a 7. That felt better. Well, not a bad night. I went up to 170 in the curl and raised my current 1-rep max and then busted out 56 reps with 100.

BB-curls: 55x 5,5. 95x 5,5,5.

Table-curls: 40'sx 5-5, 5-5. 60'sx 5-5, 5-5. 85'sx 3-3, 7-7, 3-3.

BB. W-curl: 105x 10,25,25,25,25.

Wrist-roller: 50x many up's and downs.

Leverage work: 8.5 poud sledge hammer, many sets and reps.

Everything warmed up Thursday around here and by Saturday moring the ground was so wet that the Sledge Hammer session with the tire down at the creek was out of the question. The mud was ankle deep and I was not going to wade around in that stuff for 8 hours. So I just did a regular workout. Everything went well.

Hammer-curls: 40'sx 5-5, 5-5. 60'sx 5-5, 5-5. 85'x 3-3, 7-7, 3-3.

BB. W-curls: 105x 5,5. 155x 5,5. 205x 5,5. 225x 3,5. 205x 5,5,5.

Leverage work: 8.5 pound sledge hammer.

Something just wasn't right tonight with the Wrist-curls. I don't know if it was not being able to find the grove or what, but I just could not hit any reps at all. The only thing that felt good was the Hammer-curls and I didn't do many reps with those because I was saving it for the W-curls - which didn't go well.
