It was a bit loose on the last set but felt real nice at 18 stack plates 8p x 12, 14p x 12, 18p x 12 and 21p (stack) x 12 reps [U]Dumbbell Wrist Curls[/U] 10kg x 12 reps @, 20kg x 12 reps @, 30kg x 12 reps @, 42.5kg x 5 reps RH and I had to drop to 37.5kg x 6 reps LH (ugly rep) Bwt: 314lbs 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
