Grip- 80hex (5/5), 90hex (5/5), York 90 (5/5), 110 Legacy (2/2) 6. Deadlift (short yellow bands)- (conventional/sumo) 135x5/5, 185, 205, 225x1/1 2. Lat Pulldowns- 5x10 3. 1 Arm Fat Grip Deadlift- RH-165lbs 4. Hub- lifted both traditional(claw) and door knob style. Door Knob grip was highest at 81lbs hands have been beat up from the last couple months of doing/failing feats and back to back competitions. Seated Goodmornings- 2x10 3. Walking Lunges- 2x10 (10each leg) 4. Back Ext.- (holding 30lbs) 4x10 5. Reverse Hyper- 3x20 @ 250lbs 6. DB Bench (+band tension)- 3x30 3. Fatman Rows- 60reps total (mixed between different grips. 4. Some flask lifts and holds up to 90lbs.
