Absolute madness on that inch+blob feat 💪💪💪

Thanks.. things came together today.. I’ve been so close on this one the past month. Probably broken ground close to 30-40times but no lockout. One of the best feats I’ve done so far.

Impressive. How long do you train grip?

Overall time doing specific grip training about 2years now.

how many times a week? About 4-5 depending on how intense or what lifts.

and usually do grip after my main strength lifts and accessories.. most training sessions lasting about 1-2hrs.

You must have been incredibly strong before starting grip. What you’ve done in 2 years on top of MMA is amazing.
