I guess did 2 workouts today!... After, getting some home improvements out of the way because of a pending snowstorm...

30 minutes on exercise bike

Went to the backyard...

5x20 sledgehammer chops on the tire

4 sets back & forth weighted sled pulley strap upright rows

Did 3 sets of this

Felt it on the lower biceps, tendonitis was coming back...

Only 1 set of these, my harness strap ripped was gonna bear crawl the tire I got

Went back inside to the basement aka the dungeon...

Close grip bench

5x5 295 lbs

3x10 255 lbs

1x50 one arm highland ring rows with resistance band

1x50 DB back flyes

1x50 band pull aparts

Tried the pinch block

Did a few 1 rep sets hands & wrist weren't into it

3x5 around warm up weight

3x10 lighter

20 minutes on exercise bike again 

Rest day tomorrow & will be well needed!

Last 2 days were rest days... Didn't want to train yesterday, because of too many alcoholic beverages Sunday... Keeping it easy this week, had some nagging injuries from last week...

30 minutes on exercise bike

3x10 KB swings

5x10 BB back squats

3x10 Bulgarian bag spins each direction

3x10 KB side to side transfer

Grip superset 5 sets each hand

10 reps COC 2

1 sledgehammer finger walk

30 minutes on exercise bike again 

Listening to This Week in Grip while working out...

Doubt will do some grip tomorrow... been watching masters division boxing... Maybe, plan that in the future...

Hey BJS.... why don’t you post your weights used? Would love to see what weights you use for each exercise brother! Sometimes you post weights for some exercises...

I only post weights if I'm going on powerlifting or Olympic lifting 1 or 2 rep max. My back squats was only 225 lbs for the 5x10. Its kinda bodybuilding ish workouts when I don't feel up for going heavy...

Tomorrow, I'll be training seated BB overhead press... that will be light, same format... I might try a big bench press workout on Saturday. So, I'll probably post weights
