I'm too lazy to go up and down, so I just pick it up and hold it for time under tension.  :laugh

Hey, that’s a solid feat of grip strength!

And it does seem like an easier alternative than going up and down. 😆

Actually, I used today as a breather between the three weeks of 12s I just finished and the three weeks of 8s I start next week.

I count excessive chalk on my hands as additional weight, so yeah, the fly is a no-brainer!

See, that’s just training smart. Have you considered factoring in heavy thoughts? I recently got a PR with 25 pounds less than my best, but I was depressed AF.
