So while that heals I am training for the next arm wrestling comp I can attend Recent Pb's: Shoulder pressed 2x 35kg dumbells today for 4 reps Preacher curled and table curled a 37.5kg dumbbell for reps Can hold a pull up one handed for around 5seconds + now - working on trying a for a full range one arm pullup!
