Tried my Python Grip Power Twisters for the first time fresh today!

I did some singles between my chin ups - benchpress machine supersets. This felt a lot better than starting with the twisters cold!

I did several singles with my 9mm and with my 10mm spring. Looking forward to the 8 and 11mm twister which will arrive in a few weeks! Very nice items to train with!

My arms were really in pain from the PT yesterday which influcend the right arm more than the left for unknown reason. Especially when putting the weight back to the floor while the muscle tension dropped, the pain was really awful!!

I'm in a holiday trip right now, so my training looks alot different than the usual stuff!

Ivanko Supergripper - did not touch it for years. Did a lot of 20 rep sets with different spring settings. Switched To Singles later. Best left Hand result was with 2,11 spring setting, right Hand 1,12 and 2,11 - don't know what's more difficult...

Finish off with some Sidewinder work.

Again finish off with Sidewinder for blood flow. Those 10 singles with the PT might seem not like very much but my tendons and bones are not used to this kind oft treatment - amazing how bit of training will bring so much pain...

- warm ups with 55 and 95kg

1x1x135kg sumo style (my hands were at their max - because of lack of seasoning in the narrow grip area - which I found out a few moments later!)

I switched over to conventional:

1 attempt with 150kg (a bit over knee height)

147,5kg is my best competition lift, my best gym lift is 155kg - so I'm near peak performance or at my peak - still tired from all that pyhisical labour in my garden with sore forearms and a bit of pain in the left wrist.....

After digging for 2 hours in my garden without any break at high speed I was feeling pretty much depleted the rest of the day. In the evening I surfed the internet a bit, then GB, turning on White Snake "Here I go again" - feeling a lot better. Finally I wanted to do at least "something":

Power Twister 8mm

12x DO, 12x DU, 12xDO/12xDU alternating fashion - all reps were done in one set as fast as possible. I did not take any time but it did not take too long, next time more precise.

I finally got my 8 and 11mm power twister and I own now 8,9,10 and11mm. The 11mm is a BEAST!!! :blink Feels a bit like trying to bend a tree into a BIG U!! :huh:

Now my arms are READY - to take a rest...

I checked my total Blob lift list - right hand is catching up!

I lifted the Blob50 125x righty and 133x lefty. At first the left hand was stronger because I trained blobs only left handed and fatbar mostly righty.

Crazy stuff - even the right hand did not catch the dumbbell on the way back to the floor in midair position every time! With the left hand I tried this very hard but did not succeed, it crashed to the floor at first and then I decided to put the dumbbell back twohanded before having holes in the floor! Still don't know if I should switch to 40kg at 5,5cm DB or change the exercise for a few weeks for example to Axle cleans or something else...

147,5kg is my best competition lift and 155kg my best inofficial lift. I did not feel very good today but I think even in top condition I can't do 150kg at the moment. Time to change this!

Tried to bend the 10mm spring DO - the kink was no problem but the begin of the sweep.

Feeling not good these days - seems to me that I have overdone it a bit. I'll change some exercises for a few weeks to come back to a better strength level after this period.

Tried InchDBs after a long time. Did not feel good so I was not surprised I was not able to DL the 69kg Inch righty and 63kg Inch lefty. After that I experimented a bit with InchDB and FatDBs with chains attached - the latter felt pretty productive. FInished off with 50 reps with the Blobette each hand - filled to 6kg.

1x1xBlob50 Crazy - that was the best blob lift I've done until now - it felt so easy as if I could do a clean!!!

My PB ist still at Blob50+1kg.... but not fot long anymore hopefully!

Especially with the right hand in some occasions I could feel that I'll lift the Blob50 after grabbing it right before the lift. It's just as if time stands still for a fraction of a second - no thinking - just feeling that I hit the right spot. I had the same feeling years ago when shooting with bow and arrow just before opening the hand I did know that I would hit the middle of the target - great feeling!
