For us in Europe it's nice to have some grip companies that produce in Europe. The prices of some tools are very cheap. I did not need the 60mm rolling handle but for just 25 euro I could not let it pass. :D

What tools did you order?

The three rolling handles, the three   different " Wrist Wrenches ", the three pinch Blocks and the Orbi Grip.

Haha damn why 3 of everything? I already have two pinch blocks but the orbigrip was a must have indeed.

How long did you have to wait till your order arrived?

Shipment was really fast, took about 10 days. The payment by paypall took a while. Paypall had frozen the payment for about 2 weeks.

I'm slowly getting back in the game. Triggerpoints in the chest, neck and rotator cuffs were killing my forearms and hands.
I stopped doing grippers and won't pick them up in a long time. First I need to create a healthy muscle balance in the fore-arm muscles.

Every training I do Kettlebells BUP's up to 16kg.
Once a week I do thick bar work (Inch (pro db) or thick bar hammer rotations/levering.

Flask 2HP - 10 sec holds
33 x 5
38 x 5

Wrist wrench - 10 sec holds
18 x 5
23 x 2
20,5 x 5

First time training with the flask, I'm impressed with the quality of the implement. Easy to attach to the loading pin. The texture feels nice.
Only the width is something I need to get used to. I've only done narrow pinching 4cm and 5cm.

I'm doing holds at this time because of the physical restrictions I had and need to get back in the game. With holds the weights you train with are a lot lighter which is fine for now.

I designed an adaptor that makes it possible to fixate different grip tools to a loading pin, I call it the Fixator. First time using the Fixator adapter for the Anvil cone. I need to adjust some small things to it but it's a great tool to make your Anvil cone/trainer an implement that's more functional. It's not just a vbar variation but a lift that gets you a step closer to the classic Anvil lift. I bought a Watson cone because I liked the steep angle of the cone, it's hard to lift. I love the adapter when compared to lifting without it. The lift is a bit harder but with adjustments the lift will be even more harder I think.

I could not lift the 51kg with the adapter and had less problems without it even after some hard pulls I did earlier.

Light - volume training
The 2nd gripper training in years. Th Heavy Grips has not been rated, this one was lost for years and has been found. I like it for warming up and volume training because it's a gentle gripper for the hands.

Bought another rotating handle (RGT) because I love thick bar work. The black handle is exactly the same handle as the Grip Genie RGT but sold in our country with another label. I also found these handles on the Chinese websites (they are manufactured in China) and are then imported and labelled as different brands in the US and Netherlands and maybe other countries.

  • At the bottom is my ATX Axle (50mm - 10,5kg).
  • Above is the Inch Trainer (60mm - 4kg a 4,5kg).
  • Above that is the Silarukov strap handle / Wrist Wrench  (60mm - 1,75kg)
  • The next row on the left is my own fabricated GRIND handle with SKF bearings (60mm - 1,5kg).
I have made 3 handles, one I sold on this board and love to train with it. I'm doing my current rotating deadlift cycle with this handle and then will compare it to the other two 60mm handles.
  • In the middle the blue Silarukov Rolling Handle (60mm - 1,35kg)
  • To the right the RGT Handle (60mm - 1,65kg).
  • The last row to the left is the red/orange Fat Gripz extreme (70mm - 0,4kg)
  • In middle the Silarukov Rolling Handle (76mm - 1,6kg).
  • To the right the last thick bar tool in my collection, the original Fat Gripz (57mm - 0,25kg).

At the moment my short therm goal is getting 60kg on my GRIND handle. I'm currently doing a 8 weeks cycle with an estimated max of 50kg.
