While I have seen videos of those being done in India, I never looked into the whole reasoning behind them. I had basically written off the whole exercise as stupid. now after watching Marcus's video, I feel informed. They are worth the effort imo. Today: Definitely beat up, joint pain etc so an easy day. Protraction and Planche leans Saxon Side Bends, Single arm pull over, Flies, Rolling DB Press Blob work 5kg Meel Single club joint mobility.
