canthar
First off my apologies to everyone that followed my previous log for the Club swinging videos. I had some medical issues including migraines, depression and some joint issues. In a better place now and I will try and be more consistent within the community here. As a natural introvert with few friends it's easy to always fade back. Today has seen my second session doing DO bending. 1/4x7 and 1/4x6 CRS melted in singles E rod was wobbled in singles and finished in doubles which was a decent tough bend for me. My youtube channel has many more videos up now: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFgRThvVvK-5av0bmqZbFHg Not a club video but a recent one I posted on Facebook and my youtube channel.

canthar
Last day cleaning out the old condo. Had no muscle help this week so all of the heavy lifting up and down the stairs has been on me. Managed with only one ding in the wall. Had to tear an old dresser apart to dispose of it. Forgot the screw driver so my hand training was twisting and pulling it apart. Worked quite well. Messy but good.

canthar
Some training modification right now as I need this crappy tendonitis flare up to go the (bad word filter) away. Split push ups and easy overhead work to warm up. Nails: 1/4 FBBC in IMP's. E wobble in IMP finished in suede, 17/64 in suede. I'll try and get a vid of this next week for a form check. High volume wrist curls and rev. wrist curls Single Club lever work and limited swings KB swings to finish.
canthar
It was documented that Arthur Saxon hung weights off the bar in his early training. We already know that they help build general stability by making the bar less stable. They also have a tremendous benefit with the bent press. The instability of the moving weights will call you out in a hurry if you have a habit of "pressing" the weight while moving beneath it. If you have fairly good form already and are looking to start refining your technique give these a try. Yes the weight shown above is light, it's an extra session just to work on form. Also, yeah the bar is bent it's been used a bit past its limit and I need a good 5' bar with center knurl if I can ever find one. If you know of a good 5' standard bar with center knurling let me know please.
