On the one hand clean and press, is this done with a barbell? I think one hand deadlift with olympic bar would be cool. Maybe a straphold for time. Deaner, don't ever mention strapholds on this board again! Kidding... but they did prove problematic for objective judging in a past contest. The one-handed olympic bar clean didn't include a press in the last contest. It was a fun lift, but I'm not sure if it will be in the next one. One hand deads have always worked well for the contest.
