Rick Walker Posted August 14, 2004 Share Posted August 14, 2004 Today is a great day. I was doing my deadlifts-10 singles with 500, 1 a minute, every minute, for 10 minutes. Mid session, I walked over to 2-35s and smoked them with 2 fingers. I ran in and got the wife: 2 fingers baby! LIGHT WEIGHT! I will get 2-45s to lockout before the GGC. I will.
