Levering my 8lb sledge from the end of the handle. I expect my goals and interests to develop as I learn more and achieve more. Speaking of which, I'd like to close the #3, but I'm in no rush at the moment, as I am more concerned with developing general hand/arm strength/conditioning. SStarling Posted July 7, 2004 Author Share Posted July 7, 2004 Today's workout Sledge twist 7" from head, that's 56 inch lbs torque. (5L, 5R) x 5, 2min rest between sets. CoC T, 2l 2r, 1 min.rest. (warmup) CoC 1, 5l 5r x 5, set to 1 cm., 2 min rest between sets. Closest I got on #1 was about 2 mm on the right hand. Can't even budge the left anymore closed, even with the 1 cm set.
