Kta Strength

I have been going through KTA and have not been posting my workouts. I have read that many people experience a period of getting weaker before getting stronger when going through KTA. I seem to be in the weaker stage now. I can do a 7 1/2lb straphold with a filed #1 for 10 to 15 seconds but am still 1/2" away on the #2. I am going to increase the weights on the strapholds. Hopefully this will help. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Karl

Use steel strap that is thinning I think it is 1/32 inchs and

would be idea for the KTA program. And micro load using steel

washer. I use 6 steel washer and its about half a pound. I

load about two washer each workout and every 3 days

I put half a pound on it do the math for 3 months and you will

see. And do thumb training with the pony clamp.

And follow word for word on the KTA program if you want

to success.

i am in my 3rd week of KTA, and am following it to the letter, with one minor exception. the pony clamps, do almost nothing for me. i had used them long before KTA, and never saw much of anything in results. i tried harder clamps, using bands on the clamp, and using timed holds. now i plate pinch, and fell much stronger on that. anyone else do this? i would like a TTK, but am short on cash.
