deaner Posted June 8, 2004 Share Posted June 8, 2004 goals bend 6" grade 8 by end of july, red by end of year close #3 c.o.c by end of year (long shot i think, im 1 inch away) tuesday: at gym: bench, dips, overhead press, pressdowns at home:1. coc 10 heavy sets, #2 10 X max, or #3 negatives, or strapholds with #1 + 10 lbs 2. block weight (27 lbs fat rock i found) 5 x max thursday: at gym: squats or deadlifts, rows, chins, shrugs, blockweights (irongrip preset barbells) 90, 100, 110 by max saturday: 1 yellow or blue (warmup) 1 grade 5 or 5.5 grade 5, 10 5 twist timber ties, sledge work: levers, holds, tosses - go till i'm spent,will also be trying 7" down to 6", 5/16th" hrs. basically 1near max effort,and the timber ties to toughen up my hands Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
