Still Gripping

Recommended Posts

Hey guys !

Just a little word to let you know that I'm still alive and I keep gripping from times to times. Even if I don't train as much as I did in the past, I still play with my grippers. The #3 still falls easily. My new fun is to tear deck of cards. I now tear full decks in a snap. I even quartwer the decks, which is good for me.

I still train OL. Nothing to write home about but I like it a lot. My bodyweight is now 82-83kg which is a major drop down from my previous 108 kg.

I still check the grip board regularly and I'm always impressed by how you guys are pushing up the limits of hand strength.

Truly yours,

Pascal Toussaint (TOU)

I second Eric's sentiments. I'm dying to know what your total is Tou. Please. :D

And I know it's not part of your total, but what are you able to (overhead) press?

Tou, thanks for the reply. Those numbers look great to me, especially at @ 85 kilograms bodyweight! I'm sure by this time next year you'll be smashing through the 500 pound barrier. Excellent work. :rock
