Tou
Hey guys ! Just a little word to let you know that I'm still alive and I keep gripping from times to times. Even if I don't train as much as I did in the past, I still play with my grippers. The #3 still falls easily. My new fun is to tear deck of cards. I now tear full decks in a snap. I even quartwer the decks, which is good for me. I still train OL. Nothing to write home about but I like it a lot. My bodyweight is now 82-83kg which is a major drop down from my previous 108 kg. I still check the grip board regularly and I'm always impressed by how you guys are pushing up the limits of hand strength. Truly yours, Pascal Toussaint (TOU)

bencrush
Tou, thanks for the reply. Those numbers look great to me, especially at @ 85 kilograms bodyweight! I'm sure by this time next year you'll be smashing through the 500 pound barrier. Excellent work.
