slipgrip
I sent for a COC Trainer a year ago. It collected dust till I found the gripboard about 1 month ago. I started bending 3/16 round and square rod at that time ( April,04 ). The COC-T is almost closing up and although this is a small deal here I feel like I have gained a lot. Actually , I hope it is a #2 and mis-stamped. I am determined to get strong now. Thanks to all of you who helped me get started. tmmicklabs
Keep at it. I could not shut a trainer when I first got one either. Now I am shutting the # 2 for heps and can also shut a HG250. Anything is possible with the right amount of knowledge and commitment.

blobue
Forward progress is what matters. There are lots of talented people who never go anywhere because they won't put in the time and effort to get better. You are on the right track. slipgrip
Thanks for the encouragement guys. I am getting stronger by the week. I will order the COC # 1& #2 soon. Bending is the coolest thing I have tried in a long time. I kinked a 1/4 inch round. Also kinked a 60d spiral nail. A sore thumb has stopped my bending for a while but I am training hard in other things. slipgrip in Georgia
DAN PETERSON
you could have a tough trainer I have noticed that no line of grippers is 100%consistent.
Jonathan McMillan
My brother could not shut the trainer when he first started, I believe he is now working towards the #1. Keep at it!!!! Jon@han
