I've had my grippers for about a week (maybe longer) and I've had to take 3 out of 7 days off because pain. :angry: The second day after recieving them I took off was because of bruises on my hands. The second time, which is now, is because it feels like its pulling my tendents! I was wondering if I could have some help on training. Or how far I should go while training? please :bow:bow

From what you have stated in your report, sounds like you need to

first go through a conditioning phase for a couple of weeks.
