Matt76
RT work did a ton mostly just to get some endurance built up 25kgx1 held for 10count both hands 50kgx1 held for 10 count both hands 50kg+25lbs both hands held for 10count 50kg+35lbs both hands held for 10 count 2sets Rest of the weights is done with 50kgs held for 15count both hands 2sets Did about 6sets of burnout reps both hands. I did a rep held for 3secs set it down regripped and brought it back up. I did this until I could no longer do it. I did 6sets of these with both hands. Needless to say my forearms are so sore. Also I did some where the handle was the same direction as my feet just to give me a different feel. I will have to take a copule days off from the RT otherwise i'll start to overtrain. P.S. I'm going to start doing some plate curls to get my wrists stronger. I believe that will help me a ton on the RT

Matt76
Well the first day I ever pulled on it was Monday and I got 155 maybe had another 2 1/2 or 5lbs in me. I did three singles with 155 so I think I could have went up in weight. Also I was up to 220lbs but i've gotten sick and my shoulder is hurt so I have stopped taking creatine and only done some cardio lately. Done some light work with the weights but nothing major. Lastly hands are 7 1/2 on the tape i'll get a pic sometime
