EmEx
To me this looks more like an endurance workout if you want to get stronger do less with higher intensity just my opinion.....
thorfinn
EmEx I'm just trying to condition my (sore) wrists for more intensity. It may take longer but, I think I will use this approach for awhile. I understand your advice though and appreciate the feedback. I do take anywhere from 15 sec. to 5 min. between each bend. 4/21/04 bent: 1 polebarn 11 easy TTs 2 med TTs 1 polebarn Found out that all the Home Depots have switched over to these easy TTs. I still have a limited amount of hard TTs. Sucks. The hard TTs are real close to 60d strength as I have 90 deg a 60d (with sore wrists) and have u'd 5+ hard TTs. # of twists have nothing to do with strength in my obervations. I have u'd easily two 12 twits, one 5 twist (hard), and some real hard 8 twist. Currnetly the easiest ones I have are 8 twist. Looks like I will have to find something inbetween easy TTs and hard TTs soon as these TTs are real easy now. Volume will only do so much. Done rambling... -Keith-

Need to get more of these 6" 5/16" carriage bolts as well because they look impressive U'd It appears that Home Depot is swithed over to cheaper stuff (just a guess) becuase the TTs have gotten easier as well as the 6" 1/4" hex bolts. At my HD if you see BBB machined into these they are tough if they have BBB inked they are much easiser. I need to try Lowe's bolts out now. Bad news is I'm so far from bending a 60d. My goal is to "U" 3 or 34 60Ds by my b-day (July). I will do it too. I'm not going to say mine are harder than others as I have 3 types of 60ds and I have only 90degd' one of them. I'm definately not sending any of mine to Terminator or the like just so they can say "Dude those were easy". This was my 3rd week bending and I'm a full fledged junkie. :stuart -Keith-

Also I'm using brookfield style and doing one-hand crush ASAP as well. Going to stick with easy stuff for awhile. I used to be able to bend 3+ hard TTs in one day now that is not possible (mainly pain). I'm going to work-up a bit more slowly now. -Keith-
