foggymountainmuscle
I've notice inverted closes on grippers are seldom mentioned. I myself don't do them as often as I want to. I was wondering, for the guys that do, how often do you train inverted closes, how you integrate them into your grip work, or if you don't do them because you do other crushing exercises you like better than invereted closes, like plier lifting or weighted grip machines. Davekline
Maybe you should make your own set of rules for inverted certification.
danegarreau
Foggy, i think alot of people like inverted closes, but personally i can't seem to do them, the angle and the arc the handels move in is too foreign for my hand.
foggymountainmuscle
Yes the position is a little odd. I do not usually fully close the grippers when I squeez inverted because of this. I'm going to have to try some plier lifting, it sounds more effective at this point buy I have yet to try.
danegarreau
I have tried pliar lifting and i can say that it does work pretty well. Try some of the exsercises in brookfileds books.
