Matt76 Posted March 31, 2004 Share Posted March 31, 2004 How often do you guys use yours?? I have just used mine for 3 days in a row and my left hand is starting to feel a lot better. My middle finger has been messed up for weeks. Like it was really messed up and it barely hurts anymore. I think if I keep this up i'll be able to start doing light gripper work within a week or two. ianders1 Posted March 31, 2004 Share Posted March 31, 2004 I don't know what they do, but I use them for warm-ups, and just about every evening. I usually do them for 5-15mins. and do all of Brookfield's exercises from his course, although some of them are still challenging me to do them left-handed. They really have helped build more hand coordination and some of the exercises seem to work odd little muscles.
