How often do you guys use yours?? I have just used mine for 3 days in a row and my left hand is starting to feel a lot better. My middle finger has been messed up for weeks. Like it was really messed up and it barely hurts anymore. I think if I keep this up i'll be able to start doing light gripper work within a week or two. Anyway how often and how much do you guys use yours??

I use mine after any heavy gripwork. It really helps to loosen up the hands. I also use it alittle during the day to flush some blood into my lower arms.

I don't know what they do, but I use them for warm-ups, and just about every evening. I usually do them for 5-15mins. and do all of Brookfield's exercises from his course, although some of them are still challenging me to do them left-handed. They really have helped build more hand coordination and some of the exercises seem to work odd little muscles. After a really hard grip workout, they almost hurt to use - so obviously they do work a lot of muscles.

I just roll them around in my hand and try not to let me them stop touching. I usually do it for about 5 or 10 minutes.

But if u want a workout with them try to do it for about 20.
