Newb Gripper - Coc's

Wondering what you guys think are the best gripping programs for you guys. Never done any direct grip work before. I have the COC's trainer and #1 coming in the mail. I have picked up that you guys like to do a lot of single/negatives but thats about it.

yea singles negatives, try my favorite...strap holds. reps dont hurt either even though some ppl may disagree with me. :shifty

KTA is very effective for lots of people. Even if you don't want to do the exact program its worth buying it just for the info on techniques.

I would do 3 days a week if you're new to it. Warm up on the T if you can close it. Then try repping the #1 for 4-5 sets. After a couple of weeks change your program.
