raziel
There are some vids in the gallery section if my following description doesn't suffice. Basically, you're lifting the plate while it is horizontal and parallel to the ground. You can do this standing or sitting, just like a regular curl. Grab the plate in your hand and turn it so your thumb is facing upwards. Now, with your remaining fingers supporting the weight from below, curl the plate. Important things to remember. 1. use strict form. swinging a weight up isn't going to help you get stronger. 2. don't develop "pizza delivery boy" syndrome, this means don't bend the wrist and let the plate droop when curling the plate up. This exercise is to develop your fingers and wrist. Keep your forearm and the plate in one line. Hope this helps. This exercise is great! Really works the fingers well. Start low and work up. pinch two plates at a time if necessary
