Right And Left Hand

I received my coc 1 about a week ago and was able to close it with my right hand once and could only squeeze it about half way with my left. I can now close the coc 1 with my right hand for 10 reps and can almost close it with my left. Its amazing how quickly my right hand grip has responded while my left is dragging behind. I was wondering if you guys experienced the same thing? Does the weaker hand ever catch up the stronger hand?

My left lags behind my right some-what in everything from gripping to wrist-curling and always has. But not THAT bad. I can do everything with my left that I can with my right, but I can tell the difference in effort. Just do a little more for the left hand. You might want to get a trainer and work the left with that the same way you work the right with the #1.

With my right hand I could grind the handles of #3.

My left is lot weaker (could barely close supermaster).

My right hand can close the #2 for 4-5 reps, my left is about 2mm away from closed.

I can grind the #1 with both.

My left was well behind when I started climbing, I evened them out by starting my workouts with my left hand/side and only did the same amount of reps for my right, it only took about 6-8 weeks for my left side to catch up.
