slazbob Posted February 29, 2004 Share Posted February 29, 2004 wow, been working on my TTK for about 1 month, because of the KTA PROGRAM, i've had it for yrs. but never realily used it. i pinched 2-35s and broke my 42 pound block-weight of the floor! these are my personel best's ever! i'm just going to pinch for fun...but train for gain's on my TTK. slazbob Posted February 29, 2004 Author Share Posted February 29, 2004 i've been useing it with my thumb on top, and just the top/side of my index finger. i start with a easy weight, then load it up and do negatives. i'm sitting, and lean forward with my chest to close it, then let it up slowley. i started to use my hardy-handshake as well...the same way. i cut mine, the welding on the bottom handle,and, the plate up to the pivot point. i did that so i can use it as a grip machine, so i put my palm under-neath while sitting, and can use it as a gripper i can add weight to. its better than having your weight cheat it shut. my progress with pinch was going from 2-25's to 2-35's in a month. but it could have been sooner, but did not try until yesterday. thanks guys.
