DE bench

185lb + 5/8 chain on each side (44lb total)

8x2 --- a different sensation. First time using chains. I like it. It helps the form.

shirt bench - HPHD Inzer

301 x halfway down - x 2 (didn't go further- no spotter)

321 x halfway down - x 2 (didn't go further- no spotter)

just did those to get a feel for the shirt groove. I'll go progressively lower. The groove is WAY different, and this REALLY made my cuffs and rear delts BURN.

Lockouts (4" above chest)

301x2, 321x2, 281x2 pushed towards feet, taken very low, 281x2 pushed towards feet, taken very low.

I chalked the bar and checked my path - although there is a slight lean of my forearm towards my shoulders, I'm almost vertical, and the bar touches at the tip of my xiphoid process. Cool.

BB bent over row

126lb x 12, 126lb x 12, 146x12, 146x10

Shrugs

326x8, 326x8, 416x4

had to jet out of the gym - almost late for work.....
