FbaLLPlaya_53
Hey guys, I've been doing strap holds for about a month now and I want to make sure I am not doing them for too long or too short right now Im doing 10/15lbs (it depends) for about 15 seconds on my #1. It helped me close the #2 faster than I expected.
Bearcat 74
That's good, trying doing them with the #2 now. Even if you can use 2.5lbs it will be better than 15 on the one for training.
Matt Van Weele
Try getting smaller stuff like large washers. Then get them weighed at the Post Office. You should be able to find washers that weigh 1/4 pound to a little under a pound. Good way to microload.
Sean Dockery
Keeping the hold time under 15 seconds is optimal in my experience. When you can hold for 15 seconds add weight, or start using a heavier gripper like Heath suggested.
