Grip devise: (IM)Go-really-grip-machine Hold 235lb as long I could. (like Kinney, squeeze with two hand and release the otherhand) 10 sets.(The first and second set I hold about 20 seconds) I assume that by the time I get 275 pounds for 20 sec I'll mash Elite. Grip devise: Block weight(25lb & 45 lb) Couple attempts to lift 45lb as high as possible.(Highest I got is up to my knees) Toss 25lbs from hand to hand (hand facing down) Presently planning to buy Ironhorse Blobette & 3 inch Thug. gotenmyoou Posted February 20, 2004 Author Share Posted February 20, 2004 2004 Feb 20th Finished making my 2 1/2 thick barbell. Performed couple sets of standing curls & reverse curls. I'm getting to love this thing, its a killer. This is how I made it. Bought 2 1/2 steel pipe about 60 inches in length. Wrapped a duct tape around my 1 inch regular barbell so the pipe will properly fit. Slide the barbell inside the pipe. I'm suprised it only costed $35.
