Among the goodies was an Inch, and it weighed correct. That's about all we could do with it. Tommy attempted a deadlift and I attempted a one arm floor press. On to the good stuff. Tommy pinched a pair of 45's then went on to show me how to toss and catch some block weights. Darn Tommy, just juggle them next time. He did a bunch of other stuff too. I did grippers, my progress is starting to slow. I'm overtrained now. I made an attemped at Hg300 but missed. It was the closest I've been though. I deadlifted a 40 pound york block weight for the first time and cleaned a 35. We strapped a 5 pound plate to the 40 but that was too much. I cleaned a 45 plate by the hub.
