my Snowball came today along with my #2 which i much say is no joke not even close to closing it.

now mabe i can start some proper training sice before the snowball i was so addicted to my gripper i used it all day long even if my hand was hurting (over training?)

i plan on training all week and taking the weekend off should look somehting like this unless my hands start hurting really bad then i'll cut down of a while.

M,T,W,TH,F- morning #1, 5 reps for 2 sets(closes) #2, 3 sets of negitives.

night #2, 3 sets of negitives #1, 5 reps for 2 sets(closes)

Tues. & Thurs i plan on doing some light bending(just starting) i'm going to work it away and around from the grip training.

i will be putting pinch grip in as soon as possible trying to get a hex weight or two.

like i said before new to this and none of these routines are set in stone if i get hand pain i will cut back but i would like to condistion myself to be this intense.

My advice: do lots and lots of negatives with the #2 throughout the day, I would do more negatives than you said, and less work with the #1.

Definately get a hex weight I got one recently and it's awesome.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
