stingray
this may sound a little odd but i was thinking about this earlier. I just got KTA and just started it today, i love it! but it says about recovery with hot water and cold water etc. and i was thinking, i have to wash dishes everyday with hot water so i could in a way get them to recover, then put them on cold water. that way id keep my parents and my hands happy! what do you guys think? asultzer
Was washing one of the pans that my wife burns our food in the other week. RECOVERY HA. More like the hardest finger workout I've ever had. Took me 3 days to recover. Hope she never looks at this post, I'll be going hungry for a while. anson
when i first started grip training my wife encouraged me to start dish washing as a cool down method after my workouts. it seems to be working, and michelle's not complaining about all the time i spend working out. Patrik_F
HAHAHAHAHA, this really made me laugh! Washing dishes is probably very good for recovery though. :stuart
