Guest mfarrell Posted February 3, 2004 Share Posted February 3, 2004 Gripboard, I myself can close the # 2 at least twice without training for months and bring the 3 to within a half an inch. When training can close the 2 4-5 times and the three to within 3/8 to a 1/4 inches. I've been doing forced reps with the three which has helped me alot . I open to suggestions as far as frequency of training and varying the grip training up. I own a hardy handshake and a telegrapgh key but have not trained them as of yet. Thanks in advance.
